1.2 All orders placed through the site are considered as requests to purchase and all payments will be processed by Blackwall.

1.3 All customers have the right to cancel their order from the time the order is made until thirty days, from the day that the goods are received.

1.4 All customers placing orders through this website will receive written confirmation of the order by post. This order acknowledgement will provide a description of the goods ordered, confirmation of the price/s, delivery costs where applicable, arrangements for delivery, the right to cancel, method for the return of goods, after sales guarantees and warranty information where applicable

1.5 All dimensions are approximate.

1.6 Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced on our website, please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction.

1.7 All prices and offers shown are correct at time of ordering.

1.8 We occasionally make our mailing list and email addresses available to other carefully selected organisations whose products and services may be of interest to you. 1.10 Blackwall accepts the following credit and debit cards subject to verification: Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

1.11 Blackwall will appear as the payment debiting company on all credit or debit card statements.

1.12 Please allow 14-28 days for delivery however please note that we are only able to deliver to mainland UK addresses excluding the Highlands Scotland. Please also note that some offers are limited to specific Council or water company areas.

1.13 For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Eire, Northern Ireland and other off-shore islands and all locations outside the United Kingdom please contact us on +44 113 201 8000 before placing your order.
